Cultivating A Practice for Life

Each monthly module begins with a two-hour meditation orientation, setting the foundation for your journey. Throughout the module, you’ll deepen and refine your meditation practice, integrating it into your daily life. As you do, you’ll experience a sense of calm and centeredness in your mind.

During the orientation, you’ll reconnect with your “beginner’s mind” — the creative, peaceful essence you were born with. You’ll receive guidance on how to return to this mindset regularly, absorbing its rhythm and carrying it into your daily interactions. Over time, you’ll start to approach life from this fresh, open perspective.

Each session incorporates three core elements: Stillness, Process, and Integration.

Stillness:  Through meditation, specific breathing techniques, and awareness tools, we bring ease and grounding into the body-mind connection.

Process: As the body -mind feels more grounded,  facilitated guidance will  help you acknowledge and face difficult emotions. We come to understand that it is not the emotions themselves, but the resistance to them, that creates suffering.

Integration: Stagnant emotions and energy are held and integrated through group meditations, where the collective energy acts as a powerful healing force.
